Alessandro Noli

Alessandro Noli is the winemaker and director at Domaine Clos de Tart, a Grand Cru monopole in Morey-Saint-Denis, Côte de Nuits, Burgundy, where he has worked since 2019 after serving as régisseur at Château-Grillet in the northern Rhône Valley. He succeeded Jacques Devauges in March 2019 and continues the estate's shift toward finer, more elegant wines through gentler vinification with precise whole-cluster proportions and reduced new oak usage. Under his leadership, the domaine has implemented biodynamic practices certified from the 2020 vintage, adapting vineyard management to climate change.
