Anne-Sophie Pic

Anne-Sophie Pic is a French chef born on July 12, 1969, in Valence, who took over the family restaurant Maison Pic*** in Valence, France, after her father's death in 1997, regaining its third Michelin star in 2007 as the fourth woman and only French female chef to achieve three stars at the time. She expanded the Pic group with her husband David Sinapian, opening outposts like La Dame de Pic in Paris (1*), Pic in Lausanne (2*), and others, currently holding 10 Michelin stars across her restaurants. Named World's Best Female Chef in 2011 by Veuve Clicquot, she was appointed Chevalier of the French Legion of Honour that year.
