i. Biography
Anthony Secviar is a chef and owner of Protégé in Palo Alto, California, a Michelin-starred restaurant he co-founded in 2018 with Master Sommelier Dennis Kelly, both former colleagues at The French Laundry. A graduate of the California Culinary Academy, he trained in Spain at Akelare and El Bulli, served as Sous Chef at The French Laundry for six years, and was Chef de Cuisine at Addison at The Grand Del Mar Resort from 2011-2016.[1][2]
