Brandon Hayato Go is the chef and owner of Hayato, a two-Michelin-starred kaiseki restaurant in Los Angeles' ROW DTLA, opened in 2018, offering an intimate seven-seat counter experience with seasonal multicourse tasting menus. He draws from decades at his father's sushi restaurant Koi in Seal Beach and stages at top Japanese establishments like three-Michelin-starred Ishikawa in Tokyo. Hayato earned its first Michelin star in 2019 and the second in 2020.
