Byron Lazaroff-Puck is the President of Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group, overseeing 21 fine dining restaurants across 6 countries including Spago Beverly Hills, CUT Beverly Hills, Merois West Hollywood, Chinois Santa Monica, CARAMÁ Las Vegas, and international outposts like Spago Shanghai, Spago Bodrum, CUT Bahrain, and CUT Singapore. Son of Wolfgang Puck and Barbara Lazaroff, he began his career at age 12 as a dishwasher at Spago Beverly Hills, progressed through chef roles at the Wolfgang Puck Test Kitchen (ranked 19th best in North America), and advanced to front-of-house leadership at Spago Beverly Hills, Hotel Bel-Air, Merois, and Ospero before assuming his current executive role. He drives the group's international expansion, recently overseeing the opening of Spago Shanghai at The St. Regis on the Bund, while advocating for sustainable practices and farm-to-table applications.
