Chris Bleidorn

Chris Bleidorn is the chef-owner of Birdsong in San Francisco. He began his career at Nine-Ten in San Diego, worked with Grant Achatz at Alinea, and later cooked at Benu, Atelier Crenn, and Saison before opening Birdsong in 2018. His cooking at Birdsong emphasizes seasonality, whole-ingredient use, and close relationships with farmers and ranchers.
