Christophe Hay is a French chef born in Vendôme, in the Loir-et-Cher region, who began his career at Au Rendez-Vous des Pêcheurs in Blois under Eric Reithler before training with Paul Bocuse in Lyon and directing the Bistro de Paris in Orlando from 2001 to 2006. He opened La Maison d'à Côté in Montlivault in 2014, earning two Michelin stars (2015 and 2019) and a green star in 2020, and La Table d'à Côté in Orléans in 2018 with one Michelin star. Named Cuisinier de l'Année by Gault&Millau in 2021, he sold La Maison d'à Côté in 2022 to launch Fleur de Loire in Blois, where his eponymous restaurant holds two Michelin stars and a green star.
