Colin Wyatt is the Chef/Founder of Twelve, a modern New England restaurant in Portland, Maine, which he opened in 2022 after returning from twelve years in New York at DANIEL and Eleven Madison Park, where he led the team awarded 'The World’s Best Restaurant' in 2017. A veteran Portland chef originally from Maryland, he previously worked at Five Fifty-Five in Portland and initially consulted on Twelve before becoming executive chef. As of April 2025, he transitioned from executive chef at Twelve to focus on launching Douro, a new Portuguese- and Spanish-inspired sister restaurant under Prentice Hospitality Group, while remaining involved with Twelve.
