i. Biography
Curtis Duffy is the chef and owner of Ever in Chicago, a two-Michelin-star restaurant that opened in 2020, following the closure of his three-Michelin-star restaurant Grace in 2018. Born in Columbus, Ohio, he graduated from Ohio State University before training at Charlie Trotter's, Trio, Alinea, and Avenues at The Peninsula Chicago, where he earned two Michelin stars. He won the James Beard Foundation's Best Chef: Great Lakes award in 2016 and authored the memoir Fireproof: Memoir of a Chef.
