David Garcia is the owner and operator of La Camaronera Seafood Joint and Fish Market in Miami's Little Havana, a family-run seafood spot opened in 1973 by his uncles Arsenio, Juan, and Felix Ramon Garcia, where he now runs the business with his cousin Maritza. The restaurant is renowned for its iconic Pan Con Minuta sandwich featuring flash-fried red snapper on Cuban bread, along with fried shrimp and stone crab claws. It has been featured on Food Network’s “Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives” and recognized by Miami New Times as part of the Garcia family's seafood legacy.
