Deepanker Khosla is the Indian-born chef and owner of Haoma, a Michelin-starred neo-Indian restaurant in Bangkok, Thailand, recognized as one of the world's most sustainable dining establishments with a Michelin Green Star. He studied culinary arts at Manipal University in Karnataka, India, began his career with ITC Hotels in cities including Chennai, Jaipur, and Mumbai, and later served as Executive Chef at Charcoal in Bangkok before opening Haoma in 2017 as a 16-seat casual venue that evolved into a fine-dining destination. Haoma features an urban farm, zero-waste practices, and vertical farming, blending traditional Indian flavors with modern sustainable techniques.
