Fabrice Uhryn is a Belgian chef born in 1971 who joined The Waterside Inn in Bray, Berkshire as sous chef in 2001 and was appointed Head Chef in 2007, a position he held for 17 years before being promoted to Executive Chef in January 2025. He trained at École d'Hôtellerie in Spa, Belgium, and worked at the Michelin two-star Hostellerie Lafarques before joining the three-Michelin-starred Waterside Inn, where he has become the longest-serving head chef in the restaurant's history.
