Floris Van Der Veken is the owner and chef of Hof van Cleve, a three-Michelin-starred restaurant in Kruisem, Belgium, founded by Peter Goossens in 1986. He served as executive chef under Goossens before taking over ownership and management on January 1, 2024, after Goossens' departure at the end of 2023. Under Van Der Veken's leadership, the restaurant retained two Michelin stars in 2024 while blending classic French-Belgian traditions with subtle Asian influences.
