Gary Foulkes is the Executive Chef at Cornus in London's Belgravia, where the restaurant earned a Michelin star in its first year of opening in 2024. Previously, he served as Executive Chef at the Michelin-starred Angler in London's City, retaining and securing its star since joining in 2016 after heading the kitchen at two-starred The Square in Mayfair. His career began in the mid-1990s as a commis chef at Chester Grosvenor, followed by roles under notable chefs including Gary Rhodes, John Campbell, Richard Neat, and Phil Howard.
