Guido Tassi is a consulting chef at Don Julio parrilla in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where he joined the team in 2016 to elevate its grilled meats and sausages, contributing to its recognition as the best restaurant in Latin America by Latin America's 50 Best Restaurants in 2020 and 2024. His career includes training at The Bue Trainers and stints at Hotel Marriot Plaza in Buenos Aires, Hotel Llao Llao in Bariloche, Martín Berasategui’s restaurant in the Basque Country, and Michel Bras’s three-Michelin-star restaurant in France. In 2008, he was named best young chef by Cuisine & Vins magazine, later authoring the book 'Embutidos (Charcuterie)' and hosting TV shows.
