Javier Torres, twin brother of Sergio born in Barcelona in 1970, is co-chef and co-owner of Cocina Hermanos Torres in Barcelona, which opened in 2018 and holds three Michelin stars and three Repsol Suns. The brothers trained at Arnadi Culinary School and in renowned kitchens including Alain Ducasse, Plaza Athénée, Neichel, Racó de Can Fabes, Akelarre, and Philippe Rochat before launching joint ventures like Dos Cielos in Barcelona (2008-2018, two Michelin stars) and Eñe in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro (2007-2009). Their cuisine emphasizes seasonal ingredients, technical precision, tradition, and sustainability, inspired by their grandmother Catalina.
