Jean-Marc Roulot is the winemaker and proprietor of Domaine Roulot, a family estate in Meursault, Côte de Beaune, Burgundy, which he took over in 1989 following his father Guy Roulot's death in 1982. The domaine spans approximately 15 hectares, primarily planted with Chardonnay, and has been farmed biodynamically since the early 2000s after transitioning to organic practices in the late 1990s. He is assisted by maître de chai Eric Bodin and continues the family tradition of producing eaux-de-vie and liqueurs alongside acclaimed white Burgundies known for their purity and aging potential.
