Martina Puigvert is the head chef of Les Cols in Olot, Catalonia, where she has led the kitchen since 2016 alongside her mother, Fina Puigdevall. Under her direction, Les Cols has achieved two Michelin stars, one Michelin Green Star, and two Repsol Suns. At age 29, she received the prestigious title of 'Best Young Chef 2024' from the Michelin Guide. Her cuisine emphasizes sustainability, local sourcing from the restaurant's own garden and surrounding Garrotxa region, and a balance between tradition and innovation.
