Massimiliano Alajmo, born May 6, 1974, in Padua, Italy, is a chef from the fifth generation of the Alajmo restaurateur family. He joined Le Calandre in Sarmeola di Rubano in 1993, became executive chef in 1994 under his mother Rita Chimetto, and in 2002, at age 28, earned three Michelin stars, becoming the youngest chef to achieve this distinction. He continues to oversee Le Calandre as a creative culinary laboratory and manages kitchens across the Alajmo group, including establishments like Grancaffè Quadri in Venice.
