Mauro Colagreco

Mauro Colagreco is an Italo-Argentine chef who opened Mirazur in Menton, France, in 2006, earning its first Michelin star in 2007, a second in 2012, and a third in 2019, making him the first Latin American chef to achieve three stars. That year, Mirazur was ranked the world's best restaurant by The World's 50 Best Restaurants. He is renowned for his sustainable, vegetable-centric cuisine inspired by local micro-seasons, biodiversity, and circular gastronomy.
