Mauro Colagreco is an Italo-Argentine chef who opened Mirazur in Menton, France, in 2006, earning its first Michelin star in 2007, a second in 2012, and a third in 2019, making him the first Latin American chef to achieve three stars. That year, Mirazur was ranked the world's best restaurant by The World's 50 Best Restaurants.
