Michaël Michaelidis is the Chef de Cuisine at Château Restaurant Joël Robuchon in Tokyo, Japan, where the restaurant holds three Michelin stars. A French chef, he joined the Joël Robuchon group in 2011 or 2012 after international experience and was appointed to lead the Tokyo kitchen in November 2017.
