Michaël Michaelidis is the Chef de Cuisine at Château Restaurant Joël Robuchon in Tokyo, Japan, where the restaurant holds three Michelin stars. A French chef, he joined the Joël Robuchon group in 2011 or 2012 after international experience and was appointed to lead the Tokyo kitchen in November 2017. Under his leadership, he has overseen menu creation for Robuchon establishments across Japan, including boulangeries and patisseries.
