Mohammad Orfali is the head chef and co-founder of Orfali Bros bistro in Dubai's Wasl 51 neighborhood, opened in 2021 with his brothers Wassim and Omar, blending Syrian heritage with global influences in a modern bistronomy style. Born in Aleppo, Syria, he began his culinary journey in 1994 and previously ran cooking masterclasses starting in 2015. Orfali Bros has earned a Michelin star in 2024, a Michelin Bib Gourmand, ranked No. 6 on MENA's 50 Best Restaurants, No. 37 on The World's 50 Best Restaurants 2025, and topped MENA's 50 Best for three consecutive years.
