Moreno Cedroni, born July 9, 1964, in Ancona, Italy, opened La Madonnina del Pescatore in Marzocca di Senigallia, Marche region, in 1984, earning its first Michelin star in 1996 and second in 2006. In 2000, he launched Clandestino Susci Bar in Portonovo, Ancona, pioneering Italian 'susci' with raw seafood innovations. Additional ventures include Anikò, the world's first fish charcuterie in 2003, and Officina for artisanal fish preserves.
