Normand Laprise (born 1961) is a Québécois chef and author who is the owner and head chef of Toqué! and Brasserie T! in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. He co-founded Toqué! in June 1993 with Christine Lamarche, establishing it as one of Canada's most prestigious restaurants with a five-diamond rating from the American Automobile Association and Canadian Automobile Association. In 2014, he was named a Member of the Order of Canada for his promotion of Quebec cuisine, and in 2009 he was named a Knight of the National Order of Quebec for the same contribution.
