Olivier Elzer is a French chef born on April 18, 1979, who earned his first Michelin star in 2007 as head chef at Abbaye de la Bussière in La Bussière-sur-Ouche, Côte-d’Or, France. He moved to Hong Kong in 2009, serving as head chef at Pierre at Mandarin Oriental (retaining two Michelin stars) and later L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon (three Michelin stars), before co-founding Seasons by Olivier E in 2014, which received one Michelin star from 2014-2017. In 2019, he became Culinary Director and Executive Chef at L'Envol in The St. Regis Hong Kong, earning one Michelin star in 2019/20 and two stars from 2020/21 until 2023.
