Pascal Lachaux

Pascal Lachaux is a Burgundy winemaker at Domaine Arnoux-Lachaux in Vosne-Romanée, originally trained as a pharmacist before joining the family estate through marriage to Florence Arnoux in 1987. He worked alongside his father-in-law Robert Arnoux until 1995, then led expansions including new cellars in 2005 and vineyard additions, adopting modern techniques like destemming and increased new oak usage. Since his son Charles joined in 2011 and took charge of vinification from 2012 and management from 2015, Pascal has transitioned to a supporting role while remaining involved.[1][2][4]
