i. Biography
Peter Fridén is a South Korean-born chef raised in Sweden who trained in French culinary arts and specializes in New Nordic-Japanese cuisine. He is the Executive Chef at PURS Luxury Boutique Hotel & Restaurant in Andernach, Germany, where his innovative fusion cuisine was awarded a Michelin star. Fridén previously headed the kitchen at YOSO restaurant at Purs, which also earned him a Michelin star, and continues to oversee YOSO as it develops a Fine Asian Street Food concept.
