Rich Torrisi is a chef and co-founder of Major Food Group, the acclaimed hospitality brand behind Carbone, Parm, Sadelle's, and other acclaimed restaurants. He trained under culinary luminaries including Marcus Samuelsson at Aquavit, Andrew Carmellini at Café Boulud, and at renowned French institutions like Guy Savoy and Maison Troisgros before opening Torrisi Italian Specialties with Mario Carbone in 2009. His restaurants have received significant critical recognition, including three stars from The New York Times and Michelin stars.
