Rogelio Garcia

Rogelio Garcia is the Executive Chef of Auro at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Napa Valley in Calistoga, where he earned a Michelin star in 2023 just eight months after opening and retained it in 2024, making it Calistoga's only Michelin-starred restaurant. Born in Mexico and raised in Northern California, he blends classical French techniques with Japanese and Mexican influences using local ingredients in a hyper-seasonal seven-course tasting menu. Previously, he earned a Michelin star at Spruce in San Francisco for 2018 and 2019, and worked at The Commissary under Traci des Jardins.
