Rosina Ostler, born in 1992 in Munich, Germany, is the head chef at Alois – Dallmayr Fine Dining in Munich, where she took over in December 2023 and retained the restaurant's two Michelin stars in 2024. Previously, she served as head chef at the three-Michelin-starred Restaurant Maaemo in Oslo from March 2023 and at its sister restaurant Mon Oncle from March 2022, after training at Schwarzwaldstube. She received Falstaff's 'Köchin des Jahres' in 2025 and Gault&Millau's 'Entdeckung des Jahres' in 2025.
