i. Biography
Ryan Ratino is the Executive Chef and owner of Hive Hospitality, overseeing the 2-Michelin-starred JÔNT and 1-Michelin-starred Bresca in Washington, DC, as well as 1-Michelin-starred MAASS at Four Seasons Hotel in Fort Lauderdale, FL, and ÔMO by JÔNT in Winter Park, FL. A native of Medina, Ohio, he graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in Orlando, Florida, and began his career at Shula’s Steak House and Bluezoo at Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin resort, where he rose to Executive Chef. Ratino opened Bresca in 2017, earning a Michelin star in 2019, followed by JÔNT in 2020 with two Michelin stars, and received a 2025 James Beard Foundation nomination for Best New Restaurant.
