Sébastien Bras is the chef-owner of Le Suquet (now Bras) in Laguiole, Aubrac, France, a three-Michelin-star restaurant he took over from his father Michel Bras in 2009 after culinary school and assisting since 1992. In 2017, he successfully requested removal from the Michelin Guide to pursue freer culinary creation. He co-opened a Bras restaurant with his father at the Windsor Hotel in Hokkaido, Japan, in 2002, which operated until around 2020.
