Sven Wassmer, born in 1986 in Fricktal or the Swiss Alps, is the chef of Memories at Grand Resort Bad Ragaz, which earned three Michelin stars in 2022 and a Green Star. He previously served as head chef at 7132 Silver in Vals, securing two Michelin stars in 2015 or 2017. His contemporary alpine cuisine emphasizes seasonality, local ingredients, and minimalist techniques inspired by his Swiss roots and training under Andreas Caminada at Schloss Schauenstein.
