i. Biography
Takashi Ono is a Japanese sushi chef and the younger son of legendary sushi master Jiro Ono. He independently opened his own Michelin-starred sushi restaurant in Roppongi in 2003, operating an establishment modeled after his father's renowned Sukiyabashi Jiro. As of 2025, Takashi continues to manage his own sushi restaurant while carrying forward the traditional sushi-making techniques and philosophy instilled by his father.
