i. Biography
Thitid 'Ton' Tassanakajohn is the Executive Chef and Owner of Le Du in Bangkok, which earned 1 Michelin star in 2019 and was ranked #1 on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants in 2023. After training at Michelin-starred New York restaurants including Eleven Madison Park, The Modern, and Jean-Georges, and becoming a Certified Sommelier, he opened Le Du in 2013, followed by Baan in 2015 and Nusara. He is the only Thai chef with two restaurants on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants list, including Nusara at #3 in 2023.
