Tim Boury is the Executive Chef and owner of Restaurant Boury in Roeselare (Roulers), Belgium, where he opened the establishment in 2010 with his wife Inge Waeles, earning the first Michelin star in 2011, a second in 2017, and the third in 2022 at age 35. Named Gault&Millau Chef of the Year in 2017 and Young Chef of the Year in 2014, he specializes in product-driven cuisine using seasonal, local ingredients with classical and contemporary techniques. In 2018, he co-founded the Boury Academy with his brother Ben to train young international culinary talents.
