Vicky Cheng

Vicky Cheng is the chef-owner of Wing Restaurant and Vea, both located in Central, Hong Kong, where Wing focuses on innovative interpretations of the eight great Chinese cuisines and Vea blends Chinese and French techniques, earning one Michelin star. After a 20-year background in French classical cooking, he returned to his birthplace of Hong Kong and opened Vea first, followed by Wing in April 2021 on the floor below. Wing has achieved rankings including No. 11 on The World's 50 Best Restaurants 2025, No. 34 on Asia's 50 Best, and a MICHELIN Guide 'Good cooking' designation.
