Yannick Alléno is a French chef born in 1968 in Puteaux, who served as Executive Chef at Le Meurice in Paris from 2003 to 2013, earning three Michelin stars in 2007. In 2014, he took over Pavillon Ledoyen, opening Alléno Paris au Pavillon Ledoyen (three Michelin stars in 2015), L'Abysse Paris (two Michelin stars in 2020), and Pavyllon Paris (one Michelin star in 2020). He founded the Yannick Alléno Group in 2008 and oversees multiple establishments including Pavyllon in Monte-Carlo.
